Just saw this pic from DomedNumbers.com. They can make many of the older decals for our boats to upgrade or replace your graphics. They do Reg Numbers too.

I just removed all my old tribal grahics on my old 2004 VLX , man what a choir heat guns, graphic and glue removers of all brands, none of it was easy..but i got it done over atwo day period..Im not sure what to go back to but im thinking of the 2011-2013 Wake WS Setter graphic wit the WS intertwined between wake and setter or the tron symbol..OR i might keep it nkaed for while..

I just removed the tribal graphics on my 2005 VLX. I think i figured out the easiest way to do it. I used a steam gun from amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000DF0RB/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

and it heats up/lubricates the decal super fast, i was able to pull the decal off in one piece just about. I would simultaniously be peeling it away while heating up the nearest section about to come off, the steam softens the decal, pulls off really easy. Then, use the steam along with a plastic razor blade (you will need quite a few because they dull pretty quick) to remove all the big "edge goo" spots. Then to get the last remaining traces of glue i wiped it down with mineral spirits and finished scraping it off with the plastic razor.

Plastic razor i used:

https://www.amazon.com/Ehdis-Visibility-Plastic-Scraping-Windshields/dp/B01HLWB0BM/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1521731055&sr=1-1-spons&keywords=plastic+razor&psc=1

took me about 3 hours to remove the two large tribal decals, the rear decal and the two "wakesetter" decals on the sides near the rear. I didnt try a heatgun, but i doubt it works as quick as steam!

I followed up with 3M marine polishing compound and a buffer and you cant tell it was ever there! It still would have looked fine if i didnt buff the discoloration wasnt bad at all. It probably depends on how your boat was stored if it got much sun. more oxidation = more discoloration

What's it look like now?  I have the same boat and need to hijack some ideas.  :-)

I purchased a pretty rough '95 Echelon about a month ago.  I've spent a lot of time bringing it back to life.  I have an old vinyl cutter and and a decent design package.  My goal was to make it look factory but for those that knew what they were looking at to know something was up.   Looks like I'm having trouble posting the pictures.  Anyone know what I need to do?

Could you please send it over to me? Or do you know where I can get one at? I have a 1998 Malibu response and need one

Does anyone know where I could order a green sparkly wrap/vinyl to replace the simple green one on my 2001 Malibu Sunsetter VLX?

I want put a new Malibu sticker on the side but then I would like to run a darker green with a sparkle where the current green vinyl is.  I'm wondering if anyone has done this and or has the file to use if I wanted to get this made locally or if its best to order someone someone can recommend something.  I did email domednumbers.

AFAIK those are gel insets, and I doubt there is a graphics file for them.  Your best bet is a local vinyl shop.  Frankly, I like the current look you have (although the wood-grain MALIBU sunset  is weird)
