Head unit froze on my 16 a20.... Got it restarted and won't connect to Bluetooth or play fm and now the transom remote don't work either. Any ideas

Double check for a tight connection between the display and black box. I would try disconnecting the transom remote first. A failed remote can lock the hole thing up. Next, try dumping the MC20 from your phone and then find it again and repair.
