Membership Issue

Hi, I just tried to renew my membership as it appears to have expired based on the "Member" classification in my profile. So wanting to continue with my being a paid member I tried to join again as a Supporter (non-reoccurring) and got the following message when I tried to go to the checkout.

                               Sorry, there is a problem

You are only allowed to purchase one of this product, and you have already done so.

                                  Error code: 1X247/1

 

am I doing something wrong here?

Not sure why it's giving that error code.  I resent the invoice try that and see if it works for you.  If not I'll cancel it and generate a new one.

Dang, it's still happening. All I did was select on the "CrewSupporter Package" block and then when I clicked on the "Add to Cart" button I get the same error message.

I am getting the same message.  I will try as @WakeGirl suggests.

I looked for links in the Orders and Manage Purchases section and there is nothing there that will allow me to purchase membership.  Please advise.

Yours had no renewal invoice, so I just generated one. Please try again & let us know how that works.

I reissued the invoice so try it again and see if it goes through.

AdminCrew: I just got my invoice for my annual membership, but I wanted to add a few items from the store. What's the best way to do this, two transactions? PM one of you to add the additional items to the existing invoice? Let me know the option that keeps it simple for everyone!
