Everything turns on I can put the code in and hit the start engine button on screen and the engine will not even turn over. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

No we checked that. We had someone from dealer come out but they want us to bring it in. But it's going to be a pain and we will be without a boat for the weekend

low batteries? The computer can fire up on low voltage/amperage, but the system will fail when it tries to start. Put some jumper cables on it and see if that makes a difference; also check that the safety lanyard wires are still connected on the back of the button.

When was the last time it started and ran?

We checked the batteries and they are good. Also disconnected and reconnected lanyard. Ran last summer before we winterize.

Had the exact same issue when boat was brand new, ended up being a faulty connector on the starter. If I remember correctly it was yellow/red wire directly off the starter.

You could hotwire the starter and see if it turns over. If doesn't turn then the problem is in the engine compartment (or the batteries), if it does turn then you can start chasing the problem back to the dash.

Google "how to jump a starter" if you're not sure how to do it, or the short version is short the big red wire on the starter to the little (red) wire on the starter solenoid. The sparks and noise will startle you, but it's a positive sign if the engine does something.

Check the ignition fuse in the black box behind the back seat at front of motor, should be a 10amp fuse, mine did exactly this a year ago , all power to the touch screen but woundn't start off screen or emergency key.

I had the same problem, turned out that when either the dealer had it, or my old lady was cleaning, somehow a switch got flipped that is a kill to the motor. It is a little half hidden toggle switch that is by the throttle, down a little lower, has a tab type thing that sort of hides it. See if that is flipped down. if it is, flip it up!

@Cole2001 is your a 2014 as well? Thanks.

It’s either your throttle switches at the helm, a connection point where the wire harness in the engine bay, or the neutral switch solenoid at the transmission.

Yes.. Dealer replaced throttle and all good. They were able to bypass the throttle and start the boat which determined the problem.
