That MSRP $$ could be why that boat hasn't sold.

Make some calls on these... See who wants to move a boat off the floor. I wouldn't give huge $$ value on the factory sound packages, as it leaves much to be desired. Get your ducks in a row to pull the trigger and with several of the same boats in your general vacinity you should be able to work a deal.

Stevo is right. Get a leftover '15. Not only do you get the new dash and power wedge 2, but it's entirely redesigned boat (longer, taller, more freeboard, etc).

Of the ones linked above, I like #2 and #5

I think you will prob be closer to 80k on most new '15's but if your spending that kind of money it's worth it.  PW2 is HUGE upgrade.  Dash is really cool and wakeboard wake (if that matters) is on a whole nother level.

It could be a regional thing , but out here you can find 15's mid-low $70's deals, high 70's would be the LSV

I saw the ecto marine close out deals but is that everywhere now?  I feel like low 70's is really low considering a '16 is gonna cost low to mid 90's here right now.  My dealer doesn't have any '15's left to ask them.  Not even sure I've seen any used ones on onlyinboards that low yet.  Maybe if they just have to unload it.

OP, Just looked on onlyinboards and there are quite a few '15 22's listed for around 80k and a couple for 75k.  I would absolutely bump your search to 2015's only if budget is around $75k

Ecto's was kind of an anomaly but a sweet deal for who ever jumped on them , you have to do some digging but I think now is a great time to get a dealer off their 15' inventory.

Call up to mike at Larson on this one and see what they can do on this one, http://larsonmarine.com/Power-Boats-Inboard-Malibu-Wakesetter-22-VLX-2015-bff8089d-90aa-4cd7-814a-a5c600432053 ,

or sporting edge on this one

I bought mine new in late 2014 for about that price with 350 Monsoon and fairly loaded. I would think it would be less today. On the other hand, I'm sure that the new boat pricing has increased. At the end of the day it's what you are comfortable paying, and that is different for everyone. Just do your research.
