Thinking of selling our 2013 VLX

I was seriously considering upgrading to a leftover '15 and was checking prices on '13 and 14's as well to try to gauge depreciation. I saw prices as low as the pic attached (which was ridiculously cheap and almost hard to believe!) all the way up to around $72-73k.

It will really depend on the boat market around your area regarding your competition, and how fast you want to move it. With so many '15 leftovers in the low to mid 70's, if you price too high then you will probably sit on it until most of them clear out between now and Spring/Summer.

Ive seen leftover 15s for low 70s. So a 2 year old boat with now warranty. I hope its quite a bit lower in price to justify not buying new.

I would say mid 60s to low 70s depending on your market area. The struggle is that year of vlx is 21 and the new ones are 22. I think the 22 is the prime length of boat for most owners. Maybe post some more info and pics?

It's only 6"!! It can't be that big of a deal....the biggest deal between the two boats isn't length, it's freeboard, storage and the dash.

I was going to buy this boat. After considering the cost to transfer the warranty and changing a few things, I decided it wasn't THAT great of a deal after all.

Interesting you say the 22 is "Prime Length" because at first it was considered an oddball. Also, people were talking about lakes with a 21 foot maximum....and how similiar the VLX and the LSV is now.
