Front ballast tank broken

The fitting on the tank that the drain pump screws into has cracked straight down the center of the fitting..

My guess is the weight of the pump over time has finally cracked the fitting..

What can i do now to fix it so i can use it..

Replacement tank?

How much

As mentioned above - pics would be helpful. I know people that have been successful using plastic weld as mentioned above...
(I Assume you're talking about these fittings?? - sorry its the best picture I can find on the internet)

Although we were able to fix it with plastic weld / silicon for our issue, our "Plan B" was as follows... (we never tried - so take it with a grain of salt - because I'm not sure how well the deck plates hold up to pressure)

Remove existing fittings on the rear of the tank and drill a larger hole and put in a larger bulkhead fitting with silicon...
(Example 3/4" bulkhead - "RainPro BBF010-LF Brass 3/4" Female BulkHead Tank Fitting at Amazon" )

How do you get at the back side of the bulkhead? By adding a Screw out Deck Plate (make sure to use silicon to secure it here too) to the top big enough to get your hands and the bulkhead in there.
(example: Sea Dog Screw out deck plate)

Not a fun situation to deal with - but be thankful that it didn't happen to your rear tanks :)

Correct that it the fitting that has broken. The 90 degree off the tank..

Looking at putting a hose over the two fittings. And some plastic weld..

Does anyone know the size of the outside of the 3/4 fitting?

the female side..
