2014 MALIBU 23 WON'T TURNOVER

Dropped my boat on Sunday and it would not turnover. Batteries are in great shape, pulling 13.9V and also have the on charger. Checked lanyard, boat not in gear, checked fuse box on engine and 20amp fuse is good. All electronics working including stereo. Enter code and nothing when you hit start button. Use emergency start next to fuse box, nothing.

Thoughts?

any noise at all when hitting the key/start button/screen? if not, Check voltage at starter. possibly a dead starter or starter solenoid, or possible bad relay.

No noise at all, Ok will check. Since I am under warranty will probably take it in to the dealership.
