Crew,

As many of you know I helped organize the first ever Wake the World Michigan event this past July. It went very well and we had a long list of generous sponsors. So well in fact that our crew will be hosting 3 events next year.

I need to pay a special thank you to Ryan at GoSurfAssist. When he heard of the event he immediately wanted to be a part of it and he generously provided me a GoSurfAssist system for my boat to use for these events.

There was a delay in getting it delivered due to business growth, etc, issues but it's here. Ryan was always willing to give advice, etc and was really great along the way.

How exceptionally generous to donate a system like this! Any company who will go that far for events like these deserves a good look by ALL of us.

So without further adieu, here is my first water test. If you don't already have a surf system be sure to check them out: http://www.gosurfassist.com

2014 MB Tomcat, 350, 2079, about 3K rpm

full stock ballast (900 subfloor per side), 750's in lockers, 0 bow weight

225lb driver, 250 lbs of crew on port seats

center (trim) tab ~50%

10.8-11mph

fresh air exhaust

camera angle is held my midship passenger...height of wave is deceiving. It easily was hip height.

sorry...didn't surf. sun was going down, 60 degrees, 57 degree water, very windy.

Agreed......Ryan is a stand up guy, this does not surprise me. Went out of his way to help me dial mine in back at the beginning of the season.

Wave looks nice!
