Malibu iRide 320LCR manifold refurb

We recently acquired an 05 Malibu iRide with the 320hp LCR. I've been busy the past few weeks cleaning and servicing as much as possible to get it as close to perfect as a 2005 can be. My next task is to dismantle the factory malibu manifolds and risers, replace the gaskets as well as a sand and repaint all of the manifolds and risers themselves. I'm hoping someone can provide the part numbers for the following:

1. Gaskets between manifold and risers

2. Manifold gasket ( im assuming there is one?)

3. recommended gasket silicon

Also, if someone can help me with posting pictures to the forum?? I've read the guide but no matter what i do i get the error that files or url's of this type are not allowed.
