Winter Storage - Heater ?

Good morning all... Quick question. Going to be keeping my Malibu on the lift at the marina in my covered slip over the winter. Cover will be on. Would you put a small heater inside the boat, dehumidifier, moisture pellets, fan, etc ?? Have not done this in the past but the slip we now have now is much bigger so the boat sits further under the roof. Thoughts and advice ? Thanks

The heater would be for what reason? In lieu of winterizing? Assuming proper winterization, I don't think it's necessary. Have stored mine on a lift (under roof) for the last 7 seasons and never had an issue.

If you have power at your slip you certainly should put one of these under the cover and open the cushions. In fact, I'd probably remove at least the bow cushions and remove the tray & cushion over the v-drive so air circulates in the engine cavity as well.

I use a Boatsafe bilge heater, on-board battery charger, and one of those West Marine fans. And drain the engine & heater after every day on the lake. Real winterization won't be necessary for weeks or more.
