New interior this winter

I'm thinking of getting new vinyl over the winter and I'd love to have some references from other Crew Members. I live in Indiana just north of Indianapolis and I'm not sure who I should take the boat to for a new interior. Any help would be great!

I don't know of a place, yet, but I'm in your area more than I am home. If you do find a good one I'd like to hear about it...

I did one of my older boats. I I found a guy that did Hot Rods and talked to him. He did the work and I was very happy. I did check out some of his work before I had him do my boat. In the end he made some good suggestions. I was going to have him duplicate the old interior as close he could. He told me the seams would likely split the same as the original. We ended up doing less seams on the seats and kept the backs as was done from the factory.

This was not in your area, just that the people who do Rods are a good place to look. Many know the trade and can do some custom work.

In the end I was about half the price of factory skins. And I also put new foam ( closed cell) so it does not hold moisture .

Call the dealer in Columbus Ohio and ask who they use.

Years ago that dealer had a super person doing their work. In fact they would cut the front out of a closed bow and make a sunsetter.
