Trailer Hand Winch Covers

Wigeon

Recommended Posts

I Live in Florida and the Sun and wetness eats up my trailers hand winches, especially the nylon strap. I have looked everywhere online for Trailer hand winch covers, no body makes them. Any tips, I guess I could just buy some Sunbrella fabric and make my own, but I cant sew. I keep my boat and jet-skis in the water so the trailers sit out in the sun. Use them once in a while to go to new places or to take them in to the shop for service.

I'd just throw a tarp over the whole thing. Saves the carpet on the bunks and the tires that way too.

Yep, get a brown one, or some other color that is not too obtrusive. Probably go thru 2 covers per year, but it will be worth it.
