Two Gas hoses?

I'm thinking about proactively replacing my fuel lines, (boat is 15 years old and has seen a lot of ethanol). Anyway, I'm confused by the hoses coming of the tank, I have a vent line, a fill hose, and then 2 hoses that goes to the fuel pump on the side of the engine. The one I've always know has an inline filter as well flows into the pump then out the top, through the filter then back to the pump up to the fuel rail.

The other line goes into another port on the fuel pump, (no filters in line or anything). Is this a relief line for the pump?

Thanks in advance.

That's the return line from the regulator to the tank. Fuel is bleed off through it to regulate the pressure.

Thanks, sounds like I don't need to proactively replace that one :)
