Can I dim the interior lights and separate the Wakesetter backlighting?

I previously posted this question towards the end of lengthy thread when I bought my boat, but didn't get any answers. I'm trying again in a new thread.

Is there a way to dim the interior lights on the VTX or will that require a mod of some sort? I've searched and don't see that answer more recently than 2007. The interior white lights are overpowering. I just want to be able to see the cupholders.

Also, can I separate the backlighting of the Wakesetter logo from the rest of the interior lights, so it could be on without the rest of the lights?

I'm also looking to change the color to blue to match the boat on both the interior and the back lighting of the Wakesetter logo. I'm pretty sure I can swap out the lights with LEDs, but not sure how to get at the back of that logo. Where do I start disassembling the boat to get at it?

Holy manual, Batman! I actually broke out the manual and figured out where the settings are in the MTC. I'm headed out to try and adjust the dimmer setting on the interior lights.

The other questions are still valid. Can I separate the backlighting on the Wakesetter logo and how do I get at the light if I want to change the color?

Yes you could separate the WS logo from the others. It would most likely require running new wiring to a switch under the throttle or something. Wouldn't be that bad though.

I changed the colors out and it was easy, I bought LED strip lighting that can be cut every 3 LEDs and new leads can be soldered on. My Malibu emblems just screwed off and there was red LED in there already.
