2006 wakesetter vlx with Indmar 340 Monsoon will not start or starts with no power after shutting off and trying to restart

I have replaced plugs ,distributor cap,rotor,fuel filter and fuel pump. Is there a fuel relay or anything else that can cause this problem? After the boat sits for awhile it starts & runs great.

no start only when hot (vapor lock)?

I don't know if this is related or not but if I haven't charged batteries in a while my boat is slow to start and gives check engine light randomly along with no use above idle speed. I can shut it off then back on and it will work fine. When this happens I just pull the batteries, clean connections and take them home and charge them and it's fixed for a month or two.
