So the Allen head that goes through the "o-ring " part also screws into the back of the trim piece. It came unthreaded....

I just popped it out, re screwed it back in, and popped the trim piece back in. It was a 30 second job actually. Thanks for the help, she's as good as new. If I hadn't heard that certain part popped out, I'd have tried glue and all kinds of crap before I figured out that it just pops in and out.

Thanks oldjeep. No need to remove all those Allen heads. Just a single flathead behind that white ring and start working it out is all it takes.
