a short translation:

He was drunk and way to fast near the shore - we have a 10 km/h speed limit up to 300m away from the shore - and he hit a sandbank and then.....

Neat - Brand new LSV? Good thing he put the fenders out just in case someone parks next to him

guessing he and his passengers are picking gravel out of their skin? On a brighter note - those racks held all the boards nicely!

Some people need to be restricted to pontoons with 90h outboards on them.

According to chrome translation:

Drunken captain sets motorboat on gravel bar

"Like the cantonal police St.Gallen announced on Monday, the recreational captain wanted to steer his boat in the marina Joner tamped on Sunday night shortly after 21 clock. Another man and a woman were beside the 37-year-olds on board.

Apparently the boat was good speed on the road. Because when it went on the level of the confluence of Jonah in shallow water, it was thrown several meters on a gravel bar.

The Seerettungsdienst had disengagement. The alcohol test conducted with the captain gave a value of about 1.5 parts per thousand. The accident-yacht could be recovered in the course of Monday. As the police writes, the man the ship driving license was taken on the spot. He is-forgives to the prosecutor."
