89 euro qjet info

I picked up an 89 euro. It has a quadrajet but not the original one. Its an aftermarket rebuild. Im having some issues getting it dialed in correctly and was wondering if anyone could provide me with some info on what the carb should have in it for secondary metering rods, lifter, and what the bowl height should be set at from mercury. Its a 5.7 comp ski motor. I am running 6 to 7 psi with the new skidim fuel pump as well. I tuned out any bogs by adjusting the air flap tension but its really rich at top end still and not climbing past about 4k rpm.
