Got my new 22 vlx out today and is awesome but back right ballast fills but shows 0% on the dash. I know it's filling because it will overflow out the vent. So is there a calibration or do I have bad switch/sender or whatever tells system it's full

More than likely a connector pulled off the sending unit at the tank, but could be a bad sending unit. You might pull the flooring in the rear locker area and check connections.
