Bilge blowing fuse on WS420

Recommended Posts

I had a WS420 eq installed on my boat when I got it. It's randomly blown fuses in the 420 since I got it. I could not figure out what was causing it until recently. I had a fly high bag tear, and the dealer gave me a loaner ronix bag. The fitting on that bag is not quite right and leaks causing my bilge to kick on every few minutes. Every time it kicks on and the stereo is on it blows the 3 amp fuse on the WS420. Since the bilge is auto on and wired into the 24/7 circuit. The WS420 is wired into the house battery. Is there anything I can do to stop these surges from popping the fuse on my WS420?

I ran my 420 (+) independent of all other electrical sources to the positive distribution block after the battery and the ground to the negative distribution block. Haven't had any fuse or noise issues.
