2006 Wakesetter LSV Ballast switch issues

Recommended Posts

I just recently purchased a 2006 Wakesetter 23 LSV from a gentleman. When he bought the boat he had the ballast pumps replaced and he said he hardly used them afterwards. It looks as tho the guy who did the work for him put the drain and fills for the front and center tanks on the same switches so I'm not able to fill or drain all tanks simultaneously. Is this an easy fix as switching the wiring behind the switches or do I have to find the wiring at the pump and go from there. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You'll need to "jumper" the wires at the switches or get to the pumps to see where the wires are combined; You need to have both drain and fill pump wires at the switches to do what you want to do.

So I wouldn't be able to swap the wires from behind the switches. Since one switch will if pushed up drain the front and if pushed down drain the center and the other switch is the same but for fill.

Yes, you should be able to swap the wires from the switches if that's how it's wired. Should be a piece of cake.
