Batteries on the 2015 23LSV

It looks like to 2015 23 LSV comes with dual batteries under the observers seat. My dealer puts in a pair of Optima cranking batteries.

Anyone know what size batteries you can get in those boxes, I'm guessing they are group 24 boxes?

Has anymore made and upgrade to group 31's with bigger boxes?

I've squeezed another group 29 under the seat along with the two 24s. You could fit two 29s too... But I already had the two 24s and two 24s are basically same capacity as one 29, so I kept them. I actually run a 24 as staring battery and 29+24 as stereo bank.

I think I'd be fine with a 24 for the starting and a 29/31 for the stereo battery. Not planning in getting crazy at all with the stereo.

Is it an issue if one battery is an Optima Blue Top and the other an Interstate SRM 29

I saw over on Mikes Liquid Audio Facebook page that he put a group 24 and a group 29/31 in Eddie's 2015 23 LSV. I think this is the route that I will go.

I guess I never took an "as installed" pic, but here's my "three battery boxes under the seat" mock up:

A 29/31 box will fit in the outer position by moving the OEM retainers a little.
