ya need to get out to lost isle...that put some wind in your sail!

Good women are hard to come by.... forget I mentioned lost isle...if you are grounded from taco tues, then lost isle would only get you into divorce court!!

Lost Isle has been closed for years unless you are in on a private party now and then away from all others. .

Closed!! bummer...used to be a fun place to go. say 20-25 years ago. Then the tatted up chuckleheads and thugs found out about it, and they had to fence it off, guards, etc. Can't even remember that last time I was there...maybe 10 years ago. Times are changing. Some not for the better.

AT least there is still taco Tuesday? or has that gotten outta control too?

Bummer....Lost Islae USED to be a great place to go when out on the delta....great rum drinks, a few adult games. They had wet t shirt contests and others. You could pay to be a judge. Ya got to be one with the spray bottle.

Boats tied up stern first so you could watch folks entering and leaving. Good adult fun.

The last time we were there, the atmpsohere is different....younger tatted up chuckleheads were roaming the place. Not sure how many years ago there was some kinda knifing/fight and it got shut down. Then reopened. Not sure how many years ago that was.

The Delta is unique. Lots of dives you can boat to grab a bite and a cold drink. They all have histry and personalities. Like aL de wops.

Lost Isle has been closed at least 10 years.

Sherriffs wanted a private dock and the owners said no(So it is told)

And we leave Windmill by 4ish.

The delta is whatever you want it to be.

10 years!! I guess my recollection of time is off a tad.

SO who's dock was that?? The one on the left as you entered and went under the overhead walkway, the wooden dock with all the boats tied off to it?

SO what is out there now? Just fenced off? Its not as if there was much of a building to begine with. They had the bar and then the bath rooms...that was about it.

We lived in Fairfield and had a house on Lake Tulloch. SO we spent almost all weekends up there. Tulloch can be justa about as bad and rowdy as lost isle!

How is Stockton doing after the bankruptcy? Getting any better?
