Weird noise problems

So I am having some very weird noise problems that I have now noticed. Boat is brand new with only 13.9 hours on it. Using factory system with Viper II Bluetooth but also have ZLD and Exile Bluetooth with 2 pairs of surf towers and 1 pair of XM9s. Blackbox thru factory has a little noise but hardly noticeable at all and doesn't bother me. Exile BT has no noise when sourced thru Aux input of ZLD. What is odd is I have this weird noise that is consistently happening almost everytime I let of gas and go back into neutral and it doesn't matter whether I am using Exile BT, Viper II bluetooth or do not even have the radio on at all! I even removed the RCAs from the Black Box just to be sure.

If I give it gas or am pulling a surfer and then go back into neutral it is 4 or 5 pulses of whining noise through all the speakers. The first one is always a constant whine that lasts 4-7 seconds and then usally followed by three or 4 more pulses of whining and then it stops and no more noise. Really weird but always occurs only after I have given it throttle and then let off. Noise also does not go up or down if you turn volume up or down on ZLD or iphone.

Any ideas on what this could be from or how to isolate it? All grounds (Blackbox, ZLD and Amps) are run direct to distrobution black and then direct to battery and all positives (blackbox, zld, amps) are run direct to distrobution block and then to a large fuse block and then to common post on Perko and to my two blue-top Optima battery bank.

The only thing I can think of is perhaps that my gains on the ZLD are turned up too high but that doesn't explain why there is only noise after throttle and then going to idle. Gains on all amps are only about 50% or less
