Bigger is basically better as you'll likely have a smaller wake. I had the largest O'brien Alias TT and it worked pretty well but because it was a symetrical skim board, it was easy to stuff the nose and it didn't track very well but it was fun. I sold that board and upgraded to a 5'6" Ronix Koal Fish board. I liked the Ronix a lot as it was fast and tracked well. A bit more fragile though and harder to surface spin. It was also a little harder to teach people as well because it's a considerably more buoyant board and harder for a newbie to sink it and get on top of the board at the start.

Lots of options and I wouldn't really consider any of them wrong so long as you get the biggest board in whatever you're looking for. If you decide to buy the 4'6" board instead of the 5'6" board and you're 170+ pounds, you probably won't be doing much surfing on a small wake.

Right now we have a liquid fish 5'6", it's compression so I know it's not as buoyant and probably heavier
