stainless steel decals- need help

Hey everyone, seems our 08 vlx has some missing screws all around the stainless malibu decals, and looks like someone had at one time busted up the fiberglass behind one of the holes. Anyone got ideas or had this happen to them? Wanting to replace the screws but the decals are in perfect shape.

just fill the void in the fiberglass behind the decal with epoxy or fiberglass resin, drill a pilot hole in it when dry an install a new screw. Repeat for any other damaged area's
