Bomber floating shades?

And just in case you can't tell from the pictures, what makes them float is little pieces of foam glued all over the inside of the frames.

I bought some floaters last year (not Bomber brand) they are floating on the bottom of my lake. Company replaced them with another different model and I found they only floated if not submerged more than about 16". Weird. Refunded $ for them and never went back. Sorry cant remember what brand they were.
