Aftermarket auto volume?

I need to replace my HU or just go to the blue tooth eq(?). My question is, is there an aftermarket option that has auto volume control that will work like the new boats or cars that I can put in my "classic"? I won't be adding a tower probably ever, but do hope to add front speakers and maybe a sub under the helm down the road.

If you use an iPhone or android device for music then there are tons of apps out there that will do auto volume based on GPS speed fo the phone. This works very well.

Thanks guys. I'll give an app a shot before I spend cash on the box especially since I was thinking on the exile 420 for future HU replacement. Any app recommendations?

The Watersport volume control requires a HU since it uses the remote control pulse code to operate the volume up and down via the existing infrared circuitry either by a hardwire or the IR target in the face plate.

I use the "ride my wake" app. It accesses your music library on your phone so if you listen to music on your phone you would be ok. Won't work with pandora or spotifty etc. at 10 mph and under it cuts the volume to whatever percentage you specify. After 10 it jumps to 100 percent. Only thing I would change is to have a gradual increase to 100 percent rather than a huge instant volume change

This looks interesting. Will it work with either the WS420 or Exile ZLD if you are running either of those as your headunit?

After this was recommended earlier I searched here and it came up that it will only work with the specified HU's at the bottom of that page.

I'll check it out. I do have a limited library on my phone which I could listen to all day, but with my family and friends I need a little more variety so I mainly use spotify. Any that work with them?

I don't think an app will work with another app, but I could be wrong. Good luck finding something that works for you! The ride my wake app is free and works pretty well for what it is, try it out and if you like it you could add to your playlist quite a few songs vs. buying an expensive control box

I'm trying to find the ride my wake app on my iPhone but it's not giving me any results. Even went to their website and clicked the button to download in App Store but nothing shows up? Is this just happening to me only?

I also have the Ride My Wake app. I was recently looking to see if it had any updates, but can't find it either. Its a nice app, just needs a few issues fixed to be really good.
