Welcome. If you click on "Resources" on the main tabs above, you'll find a drop down to take you to Malilbu Specs. You'll find lots of details there.

I think you have the tried and true 5.7 litre chevy, outfitted and badged by Indmar as a Monsoon engine. 320hp I'm guessing. But the specs above will tell all.

Is it a runner ?

Thanks SteveB.

All I'm sure is it has echelon decal on the sides

Enclosed bow with a walk through windshield

Your info on engine sounds about right

But I need to order electronic parts and hope to find exact info

Could Malibu tell me if I give them the vessel ID#

Do you know how to reach them

Did you inspect the engine carefully? My 1999 has a sticker on the side of the oil pan. It has the engine serial number, etc.

There are better resources for parts than Malibu. Several vendors are Bakes, and discount inboard marine as well as others.

They will have the expertise you need.

Thanks for the input Steve B

Good advice all around.

Turns out it's a 98 custom built That was declined on delivery for color of interior not right.???

It has lots of extras not available on Model of the same year And he got it at a good price

Been real reliable for 16 years Now having trouble with power to the fuel pump

It has a PFI gen 1+1:1 monsoon#2

Power to relay OK

Relay replaced, no joy, still nothing out to fuel pump

Trouble following the harness and wire routing to check switched legs of relay, they seem to go into brains of the boat

Any way to test these pieces out? Their expensive to replace willie nillie
