Tower speaker replacement.

So the cones on our tower speakers are cracked and the sound quaility is no longer very good. We are looking to replace them, we currently have the stock rocksford fosgate power t162c's for the tower speakers. I believe they are 6 inches so I went to rocks ford fosgate and found these. http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/products/details/pm262b would These fit? (The speakers are in a stainless steel painted can that is cone shaped with a point twards the bow) they looked like they were 250 a peice, I went to exile and saw these. http://exileaudio.com/store/index.php/amplifiers/speakers/sx65-m.html these were a half inch bigger but much cheaper (180 pair) these shouldn't fit the cans so what would be my best bet with these?

You need to find the mounting hole/cut out dia and the overall dia for the original speaker you have and compare those specs to any others you are interested. The two you have linked, are both right at 7" OD and both i believe require a 5" mounting hole.
