Inexpensive wakesurf boards

Was at local shop today they have hyperlite broadcast or ronix Cortez on sale for 40% off, thinking for cost and how tought they look might be a good spare board so to speak when buds fam etc are out. Both are 5'4" boards, I read through reviews seems 50/50 for who likes which one. Lots of big folks in my circle will be a couple 240-260 riders, would either one work? I kind of like the broadcast reviews better but not sure it will float a big rider, I'm sure a Cortez will. 22vlx 1100 pnp, 10.5 mph.

I have a 5'4" Broadcast.... don't like it much. It collects dust in my garage and I'd probably give it to you if you were local.
