Ok now back to what this thread was started for in the first place! I just back in town and these beauties were waiting for me! Off to the boat now to work for a few hours and see if I can get the tower brackets and surf speakers up for now.

I agree! Just need to determine what color to paint the grills. Probably gunmetal grey to match the ski racks or possibly try and match the black from the wakesetter logo on the side of the boat

What are your thoughts on the new digital amps? I have the old analog Exile amps. They are big and heavy but seem to be quite durable. Working with the smaller lighter amp allows for more mounting options.

If they do come in white, they better update their website pronto. They lost my potential business to Wetsounds when I realized I couldn't get them in white.

Not taking anything away from Wetsounds. I'm very happy with my purchase!

@ Shenard - I shot you some info on tuning this beefy system. It's pretty late so I'm guessing you'll see AM your time. Keep the pics coming. Fun to see. Those White speakers do look damn crisp on that blue carpet.

@LS1 - White is officially a standard color on XM9 starting June 1. Shenard pre ordered. You'll see the website update soon to that.

@ TMC - Be careful on the water this holiday. I think I've talked to about 100+ guys in this last week that are "loaded for bear," or beer as the case may be!. The lakes are gonna be busy. Safe boating to all.

oldskool - You'd need to check with them. I did a look up on our system and see they received some 5/14. I have no other information other than that. Give them a ring. Andrew is a great guy over there. -Brian

Well I am making good progress so far. Have my surf towers installed along with all my amps and I hooked everything back up after installing my third battery and everything seems to be working perfectly when I powered it all on! I also installed my sub box (that was a royal PITA and took me over 7 hours today because I had to move my heater core up higher). I underestimated how much work that would be. Tomorrow I will install the subwoofer and start tuning but am pretty excited because I can see the end of the tunnel! Will post some update pics tomorrow
