Plug n Play Blast Configuration

I have some older 1100 fly highs with only three ports. Since the Plug n play system has two drain hoses and one fill hose, that would use all three bag ports without having an extra vent port. Is there any reason I couldn't use a y adapter for the fill hose and one of the drain hoses so they share one of the lower ports? This would leave the third upper port open to use as a vent. I figure since it's either draining or filling but never both at same time, why couldn't they share a bag port with a y adapter. Just thinking out loud.
