Tower Speaker Connection Loss

My right tower speakers have lost connection over winter. Left works fine. The right has buzzing noise but no music. Any ideas? Thanks!

Check your RCA cables are pushed in all the way. If they're not they make that annoying buzzing sound

I've checked everything... Everything looks perfect... Both amps have power left speakers and all others are working fine.

Any other ideas?

What kind of tower speakers are they? It could be the connection between the speaker pod and the mounting clamp has become corroded.

Static but no music means that it's probably not the speaker or the connection, but probably in the pre-amp signal chain. While it could be a bad amplifier channel, I would start looking in the area of a bad radio pre-amp output, bad EQ or line driver output (if you have those) or bad RCA cable or connection. If you can swap RCA inputs to the amp or RCA outputs from the radio (whichever is easier for you to get to) I would try that and see what happens. If the problem follows the RCA cable then it's before the amplifier (meaning the problem is in the RCA cables or radio). If the problem stays on the same side after swapping the RCA inputs then the problem is in the amplifier or after the amplifier. Try this and at least narrow it down to a smaller area to troubleshoot.

I have swapped them around... When I isolate to one side left or right It will pick up one speaker per pair left or right ... When I plugin all only one speaker has sound.

+ being sound - being no sound

1 pair of inputs left side - +

1 pair of inputs right side + -

Both inputs plugged in - - + -

Or + - - -
