I'm replacing the old broken head unit in my '01 LSV. I bought a Kenwood Bluetooth unit and am wonder how had it is going to be to swap out? Is it just like most cars and trucks

Not hard but the access is the worst part. I have the same model/year and the under the armrest support bracket for the head unit doesn't really work well. I had to reinforce it with a hanging strap and hooked onto the threaded stud in the rear of the head unit. As long as you bought a single DIN to replace the existing single DIN head unit it should be fine. The only hookups that may change would be the antenna and the power. The outputs should be identical or better on the new unit I'd think. Good luck.
