Sanding mark on new prop?

I just opened the box to my new Acme prop. On the backside there's a large sanding mark. I'm assuming this isn't normal. I doubt it would make much difference, but thinking I may want to exchange it. Any thoughts?

Thanks!

I did a little more research and it looks like some are like this and the mark is a hand buffing mark for balancing purposes. Let me know if anyone thinks differently.

That's definitely what this is. Completely normal.

It was not fun changing it out. The old prop had been on for 24 years!!! Took a torch to it this morning combined with the puller and some penetrating oil and it popped. My wife is pregnant and the baby is due this week. Hopefully I get to try the new prop soon!
