malibu skier prop size

I have a 89 malibu skier with the 454ci big block its been a project for me. Never taken it out. I just had the prop redone and its a 13x12 he told me i might need a new prop soon. Any help on what size prop i need or you have? Ill be pulling a solo wake boarder.

Also any one with a skier with the big block could tell me their purchase or sold price?

I would imagine you would be looking at a 13x13 at least, the small block skiers use that and you've got more torque so it could easily handle more pitch to keep the revs down.

Ok thats what it was originally but the guy before me had it made to a 12 pitch for better hole shot i guess. I think the big block will turn it over just fine. I might have the boat in the water soon so ill find out what itll do.
