Paddleboarding behind boat

Recommended Posts

Cool! Looks like you guys were having fun ! I am itching to get on the water myself for the first time this year.

Those sup's are so big and buoyant it seems like they would surf ropeless pretty easily.

We've surfed on paddleboards. Go just fast enough to get a small wave to form. Pull in and get a little more forward on the board than you are when you paddle. If the wave gets too tall it will roll the board easily. Just play with it and you'll figure it out. We passed the lake patrol once in a 5mph zone (under a bridge, all bridges are 5 mph zones on our lake) surfing on the paddle board. They watched us cruise by but we weren't going too fast so I suppose they let us move on.
