Pulled out trailer brake emergency locking cable.....now what?

Yes i am an idiot. I was dropping the trailer and partially blocking the road with my wife and three kids so i was running. The cable ripped out of the tongue. How do i rebuild and can i temporalry bypass? 2010 lsv with sportboat trailer

You should just need this kit to fix

Look at page 26 of the manual, it shows where the release is to disengage the breakaway brake. If you got manuals with your boat the actuator manual should have been one of them.
