I've got the F150 Platinum 2009, with the 5.4 Ltr. I can't give any opinion on the ecoboost, but

have to tell you, Best truck owned to date . Rides and handles like a dream. Pulling the BU is

a breeze, don't even know the boats attached!

Love my truck! You'll definitely enjoy yours. Now post some pics! ...lol...

Every tow vehicle thread features this claim... the only question is how long does it take to come out. [emoji12]

Ha! I tow quite a bit, other than my boat and I can say that I haven't pulled a trailer yet that "I can't tell is back there" of course I have the weak old 4.6, but more than that I have a nice smooth riding 1/2 ton that gets less smooth with a trailer attached to the bumper. Just dragged an empty car hauler to WI (260 miles) and pulled it back with about 4000-5000 pounds of used dock parts and random crap on it and the engine didn't care much, but the wife sure noticed the ride being bumpier. Maybe I'm just too sensitive [emoji254]

I have yet to tow anything with any truck/suv where I truly can't tell it's back there, particularly a boat.

Maybe I'm just too sensitive. [emoji81]

Ok so maybe I do feel the BU a little as in exceleration due to the weight. .. lol.....but I was referring more to the ride with

the BU attached. Truck rides and tracks sold and on high speeds on the hiway, in the curve there's no side pull of

any sort! And god knows we have curves and mountains up here. lol......
