Titan III bimini

Does anyone else have a Titan III with a bimini?

Mine seems to have just never fit quite perfectly.. and once I got it set good enough - I've left it. This weekend I tried to fold it up - and it's damn near impossible.. seems like the front is wedged into the tower pretty tight. Is this normal?

BigGator - I have had the same problem for the last year. I've always had to force the bimini thru the tower to mount it to the front. It never seemed right. This weekend it stuck and I could not close the bimini. I am on my way to the dealer today to have them look at it.

in order to fold our front bimini up we have to drop the arms of it off of the mounts and then fold it up because it does wedge into the tower. Not a problem when there are 2 people but it is kind of annoying when you have to do it yourself.

Glad to know it's not just me.. mine was wedged in there tight enough that we were afraid to un-wedge it... and I pretty much had to use pliers to get the thumbscrews off of the front. Pretty sure it's not lined up quite right. I'll have the dealer look at it when they do my next service.

I take one of the back legs loose each time I want to put it up or take it down. Once you get the hang of that it is a piece of cake. I tried to squeeze mine past and there was no way.
