2016 Ford Bronco

I had a 4 door JK Wrangler Rubicon a few years ago, crazy fun to drive around but eventually it got tired of it's shortcomings (there were just too many (didn't help that the JK was such an old platform)  The JL has a lot of needed improvements and the added diesel has made me thing about giving it another try but I have to say that I am REALLY intrigued by the Bronco... might just win me over!  Really great to see some competition in this space.

I'm also very interested to see what the aftermarket is going to do with accessories.

Believe me -- FoMoCo has already sent out every possible measurement/rating/fitting/engineering drawing possible to after-market Jeep suppliers.  This thing is going to show up at SEMA this year with more bolt on googaws than you've ever seen.

Not set in stone but Idea of what I want think I'm going to just keep the vinyl and skip the leather.

Reserved one for my wife.  She really likes the Cactus grey.  Lots of hype around them.  I sold my Wrangle JKU a few months ago and really miss it.

Paxpower has already announced coyote conversions. 400hp for $30k and 750+ go for $45k. (Plus the purchase price of the vehicle, obviously.)

You would have to be absolutely braindead to fork out that money. A basic tune ($500) on the 2.7 will get you 399hp. Stage 3 ($3500) will get you to around 550hp.

I really like that color but I really think it maybe a girl color. I may go with Area 51 still not 100% sure on color.

So if you have not put your request in you are out of luck for the firs year. The firs year production is sold out.  I think you may find some. I would think some dealers may have ordered under another name. Still looks like the new Bronco is getting good reception.

FoMoCo has said they have 150,000 pre-orders and expect to convert 70% of those into orders.  I think they're going to learn that the $100 deposit (fully refundable) is going to be much harder to convert into sales than that is.

True but that is a lot of interest in a very specific use vehicle. And the sales pre-orders  is just under 170,000 yesterday.

I was told by a big dealer that they really see this ending up at like 50%.   But the good thing for the dealers is after the order is placed it comes to the dealer if they back out or not so this puts it on the lot to be sold.

Confirmed pricing yesterday.... I’ll be paying $1000 below invoice, whatever that is!

Also, saw all these color samples on IG recently. Nice to see them out in the sun.

I am ordering Area 51

You can get $2000 by swapping dealers.

I am swapping dealers.  I’m in that Texas group buy.

The problem with that deal you posted is that it’s for new October reservations only. To get that deal I’d have to cancel my current reservation (that I made on the night of the launch) and make a new reservation. This would give up my place in line and probably push my delivery out to 2022. No thanks.

Also, Granger is 11 hours from my house. The Texas group buy is 45 mins from my house.

We are ordering the Area 51 as well.  But the close ups of the Antimatter blue has me intrigued as well.

What tuner supplier are you referring to?  I would be interested in this for sure!

Brew City Boost seems to be the most common tuner for these engines.
