zf to livorsi throttle control

After much investigation, many phone calls, research, ect.   We are being sent a livorsi "prototype"  throttle.  Many thanks to the guys over there for understanding our pain and frustration on this one.  And considering they had already made it a couple years ago...leads one to believe "THERE ARE OTHERS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM! OR THERE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN A PROTOTYPE MADE"

I have a 2011 Malibu 247 LSV with the Ski Command SKI 1000,3 This summer the problem has been that at times the boat wont shift in to gear forward or reverse, and if you hit a wave it might pop out of gear I went to the dealer to fix it and they 

told me it is the ski commander throttle. now the real problem the ski commander throttles are no longer made by ZF and the dealer has no Idea what to do dose anyone have one or can direct me to where I can buy one please call me my cell number is

The popping out of gear can probably be fixed by installing new tension springs. The not shifting into gear would be a whole different problem.
