Well, took the boat out on our 2nd Powell trip last week

It is living up to expectations. This trip was just the two of us. 17 hours on the clock and 95 gallons of fuel through the boat.

It is thirsty above 30 mph but oh well.

Looking forward to some warmer weather and some water sports!E1A97FBB-4FBE-45FA-9514-253D92A99585_zpsEB2228A8-2118-4B7C-9612-AE2DE959BFFE_zps32FACF80-9646-4A48-846A-339ADCDD3D66_zps

Just thought I would bump this up as we are at the one year anniversary of my purchase.

We may get one more trip in, but work and other obligations may mean that we just ended our season.

So, here is the unofficial tally:

155 hours on the clock in one years time. Over double my yearly average for the last 10 years.

5 trips to Lake Powell, with many other shorter, weekend trips

Successfully got 3 of my nieces/nephews up surfing & wake boarding. Also got my 67 year old FIL up surfing - first time he has done any water sports in years.

Tried towing tandem behind my fifthwheel RV, but decided that is probably just a bit too much, so this caused the purchase of another tow vehicle. Will need to get some of that more dialed in next year as taking two vehicles for the weekend is not idea.

And a few photos.

I think we are getting the wake dialed in

Still can do some sight seeing

My 13 y/o nephew, who doesn't like to do ANYTHING won't get off the surf board!
