Oil pressure on the 340.

What oil pressures are you guys seeing at idle and under load on the 340 engines when hot?

I haven't been paying attention to specifics of my gauge buy I would say anywhere between 20-60psi give or take.

Mine is always rock steady at about 50 to 60 psi.

It depends on the oil you run. I see 20 at idle and 40+ at speed. I run 15w40.

I see similar to stated above. After surfing at idle I have seen as low as 17, which had me a little worried. Started to pay close attention after I noticed it that low. At cruise I read some where between 52 and 57 and idle about 22-27 normally. I also run 15w40.

I changed to 25W-40 marine oil. Now I never see anything below 40 (idle) and ~70 when at speed.
