Center Ballast Sliding Back

Recommended Posts

ATLWake43

Crew: I need some repair advice. My center ballast is loose. It slides back to rest on the intake pumps. I've tried to repair the stock brackets, but the weight has bent those beyond use. My latest homemade bracket is much sturdier, but still insufficient (or soon will be).

So, has anyone run into this. Solutions?

I had the same problem and ended up drilling new holes in the brackets and using stainless boats and lock washers with nuts on them.It wasn't easy to get them in there but have not had any problems since. Hope this helps.
