Wakeboard ballast help!

I have a 2008 Malibu Vlx with a Acme 2079 prop. I live in Provo Utah elevation from 4,500-5,000 ft. Right now we run full 1250lb stock ballast + 450's in rear lockers + 800lbs in the nose at 21 mph. So in total about 2,950lbs. We can plane out decently fast with this. I want to run about 3,500lbs total, but planing out is the issue. Is there a point where there is to much nose weight making it harder to plane out? Any tips or suggestions to weighting that would help plane out while adding weight?

I run a1000 lb bag in the bow over the factory hard tank sometimes, not near as high altitude wise but try more bow weight 1st. Be careful it is easy to dip the bow running that much weight.s
