FAE tip and swimming around platform

For those of you with the FAE, you have any issues of tearing up your legs while swimming around the platform? My kids spend a lot of time on and around the platform while we are anchored and swimming, etc....I assume that exhaust tip could do a number on your limbs!! With the power wedge, it appears the FAE extends out to nearly the end of the swim platform.

answer: while possible, no we've never had an issue. That said we don't swim under the platform much (ever?).

doesn't the FAE go inbetween the wedge arms? So that a stowed wedge protrudes farther from the transom than fae?

I meant from kids holding on to the platform and kicking around. Good to hear of no problems. Thanks

I could see that being an issue, we hang out and swim back there alot, do they offer a rolled tip?

No issues my kids use it to get up on the platform.

Wow, they must be extremely sturdy! That's nice to hear.

Very, much more then I thought it would be once you get everything mounted & bolted down

I do also have the T-bolts. For me it was a must they say they aren't needed but they look better and are 10 times better.
