Malibu vs. Axis Surf Gate

Hey guys, is there any difference between the Malibu and Axis surf gate system?

Speed of switching side to side for one thing.

Slower on the Axis or faster?

Slower on axis when comparing to 14 model year malibus. Same speed if comparing to 13 model year malibus. Also no beep like the 14 malibus and, most importantly, no SS bling on the side.

3 second vs 1.5 on the transfer and no beps or lights (option). Makes a huge difference if you are doing transfers, otherwise not a big deal.
